MONOLITHOS is premium software for serious people.

We believe in clarity. Before you purchase, you should understand exactly what you're getting—and exactly what happens if you change your mind.

This policy is The Gate. It governs what passes through in either direction.

II. Product Categories

We offer three distinct product tiers, each with its own refund logic:

Refund Policy: No Refunds After Download

Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered.

The moment you download The Monolith System files, the transaction is complete. This is standard practice for digital software because:

Digital files cannot be "returned"
You have immediate, permanent access to the product
The value has been fully transferred

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in cases of:

Technical incompatibility that prevents installation (verified by our support team)

What You Get

Access to our AI backend infrastructure
Compute credits for Chat, Audio Brief, Gamma Forge, and all AI features
Ongoing service maintenance and improvements
Support access

Refund Policy: Cancel Anytime, No Partial Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel:

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
No future charges will occur
No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period

Example:
You subscribe on January 1. On January 15, you cancel. Your access remains active until January 31. On February 1, your API key is deactivated. No refund for January 15-31.

Navigate to Subscription settings
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Confirm cancellation

Reactivation

You may reactivate at any time. A new billing cycle begins on reactivation.

V. Founder Tier — $999

What You Get

Lifetime access to all MONOLITHOS features (current and future)
Priority support via direct channel
Early access to future releases
Founding member recognition
Direct input on product roadmap
Personal onboarding call with The Architect
Limited to 50 seats globally

Refund Policy: No Refunds

The Founder Tier is a commitment. It is non-refundable under any circumstances.

This tier is designed for believers—those who understand the vision and want to invest in its future. If you are uncertain, purchase The Monolith System + The Synapse instead.

By purchasing the Founder Tier, you acknowledge:

You understand this is a lifetime commitment
You accept the non-refundable nature of this purchase
You are making this purchase with full knowledge of what MONOLITHOS is and does

Why No Refunds?

The Founder Tier provides:

Lifetime value that exceeds the purchase price many times over
Access to future products not yet built
A seat at the table in shaping MONOLITHOS's future

This is not a casual purchase. We don't want casual buyers.

VI. Chargebacks

Our Position

If you initiate a chargeback (dispute) with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us:

Your account will be immediately and permanently terminated
Your API key will be revoked
You will be banned from future purchases
We will provide evidence to your financial institution disputing fraudulent chargeback claims

If you believe you deserve a refund:

We are reasonable people. Chargebacks are not a negotiation tool—they are fraud prevention mechanisms, and abusing them harms everyone.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

Stripe handles all payment data
We never see your full card number
Stripe's policies may also apply to your transaction

Prices do not include applicable taxes
You are responsible for any VAT, sales tax, or other taxes required by your jurisdiction
