Connect your memory
This feature requires a Monolithos version with a Cloud Memory entry. If your installed version does not show it, contact support about feature availability.
- Open Cloud Memory from the Apps area of the Monolithos home page.
- Sign in, bind the current Vault to your account and authorize cloud sync.
- Wait for Upload confirmed. Your original Vault remains on your devices.
- In your external application, add the Monolithos connector using
https://api.monolithos.ai/api/shadow/mcp. - Follow the browser sign-in, review the read-only permission and approve. The browser returns to your external application.
You do not need to create a project. Project filtering is optional. Register private folders through Sanctum before authorizing sync; their content and associated transmission units are excluded.
Try a search
Ask your connected application to search for a distinctive phrase using keyword mode, then return the source path and original excerpt. For related concepts, use hybrid mode. Hybrid queries use your account's query embedding allowance; keyword queries do not call a query embedding provider. The connector does not offer purchasing or payment tools.
Results are ranked by relevance. Date filtering and guaranteed recent-first ordering are not currently supported. A result excerpt is a portion of the source, not a complete document.
If a new note is missing
Check that you are using the same authorized Vault and that its upload is confirmed. If Monolithos is waiting for iCloud files, let that device finish downloading them. Try keyword search for an exact phrase in the note. A partial coverage report identifies sources that could not be read or do not yet have a vector index; a missing vector does not prevent every keyword match.
If your connection asks you to sign in again
Reconnect in the external application's connector settings. Check that the connector uses the address above. Review the displayed permissions before you approve.
Manage access
Open Cloud Memory in Monolithos to review or revoke an individual external connection. Revoking one connection does not revoke your other connections. The connector can search your authorized memory; it cannot edit or delete your Vault files. Stopping sync, disconnecting an external application and deleting an active cloud copy are separate actions.

想按意思查找相关内容时，可以使用 hybrid 模式，它会使用账户既有查询向量额度；keyword 不调用查询向量服务。结果按相关性排序，当前不支持日期筛选或保证最近优先。返回的是原文片段，不是完整文档。外部连接仅能召回，不能修改或删除你的 Vault。
